Cook the noodles for 3–4 minutes and drain. Toss them into a pan with the kimchi-chili sauce, oil, dried vegetables and seasoning, stir-fry for 1–2 minutes — done.
Where do the 25g of protein come from?
From plants: the noodles are made from wheat, buckwheat and pea protein. 25g of protein per serving — completely vegan, no shakes required.
Is the texture like regular ramen?
Yes — Pro Ramen are real wheat-based ramen noodles with a proper chewy bite. The protein boost changes the macros, not the slurp.
